How does IP Range targeting work?

You can use your own list of IP addresses to reach a target audience. Start creating an ad campaign, go to the tab 'Targeting' and then select IP Ranges.
You can add a single IP (66.102.15.255) or a range of IP addresses (64.233.160.0-64.233.191.255).
